Off campus accommodation

A wide range of off-campus accommodation is available near the university's Bentley campus.

Important note: Perth is experiencing a rental shortage at the moment, (2012). Some accommodation options will be harder to find.

Single and double rooms are still in good supply near the university's Bentley campus. Options for single students and double rooms for couples in larger houses are still plentiful.

Full rentals especially small apartments are very hard to find. Students and staff with families or who otherwise need their own full rental should contact us and arrive well before needing accommodation.

The Housing Advisory Service maintains a comprehensive off-campus accommodation database from which private off-campus housing can be readily sourced by students.  A free and impartial tenancy advice service is also provided in relation to rental issues, such as contract or bond disputes.
